September 29, 2018What better way to say goodbye to the humid summer months than with a mojito? Our Coconut Pouchong Mojito is a sweet twist on a refreshing classic, made with our most tropical oolong blend. Enjoy it poolside or with one last brilliant summer sunset.
COCONUT POUCHONG MOJITO
2oz Coconut Pouchong simple syrup*
2oz white rum
Juice of 1/2 lime
A handful of mint leaves (around 8 large leaves) + a sprig for garnish
Soda water
In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves, Coconut Pouchong simple syrup, and lime juice. Add rum and shake. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice, top with soda water and garnish with the sprig of mint leaves. Serve with a straw.
*COCONUT POUCHONG SIMPLE SYRUP
4 tbsp Coconut Pouchong tea leaves
6oz Agave
Bring 16oz of water to a boil and remove from heat. Let sit 30 seconds, then add Coconut Pouchong tea leaves and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain tea into a glass or bowl, add 6oz agave and stir until dissolved.
