If you’re planning a special garden party or brunch, we’ve got a new tea-infused cocktail that’s perfect for our fellow floral-loving tea drinkers. It’s ideal for any kind of spring soiree—-skip the mimosas and try something deliciously rosy instead, like our Garden Rose tea cocktail, made with our elegant Rose Oolong tea.
THE GARDEN ROSE
1oz Rose Oolong Honey Syrup*
1oz St. Germain
Squeeze of lemon juice
Rose petals (for garnish)
Combine the Rose Oolong Honey Syrup, St. Germain, Vodka, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with rose petals before serving.
ROSE OOLONG HONEY SYRUP:
2 tsbp Rose Oolong tea leaves
2oz Orange Blossom honey
Bring 8oz water to a boil, remove from heat. Add your Rose Oolong tea leaves and steep for 5 minutes. Add 2oz Orange Blossom honey to a measuring cup or glass.
When tea is finished steeping, strain into the cup and stir the tea+honey until honey has dissolved.
