Limoncello

Our new green rooibos is lightly flavored with lemon, vanilla and a hint of orange. This delicate blend has a sweet finish, reminding us of lemon gelato on a hot summer day. Decadent and delicious.

We recommend steeping Limoncello for 5 minutes at 208°.  Because Rooibos does not contain any portion of the tea plant, it is less prone to bitterness and, therefore, difficult to over-steep.

Ingredients: Green rooibos, orange, vanilla, lemon, rose buds.
