Rose Oolong

Scented with fragrant rose petals, this delicate oolong is silky and smooth and deliciously floral. Lightly oxidized with a long, enduring finish. Good for multiple infusions.

Oolongs are only partially oxidized. That is how they differ from other types of tea. Whereas black teas are fully oxidized and green teas are completely un-oxidized, oolongs fall somewhere in between amidst a wide spectrum of flavor profiles. Our Rose Oolong falls toward the more oxidized end of the spectrum, giving it its earthy character.

We recommend steeping Rose Oolong for 3 minutes at 195°.
