Our goal is to show people that making loose leaf tea is easy and the ritual is half the fun. We’re trying to make tea accessible for anyone interested in learning more about loose leaf tea, and that includes new employees who may not have prior tea experience.

We want employees to feel confident in their tea knowledge when answering customer questions, and we provide them with the resources to succeed. New employees receive comprehensive training that includes guided tea tastings, one-on-one time with leadership, and ongoing tea education sessions.
