Kiwi Coconut Cherry

An intensely aromatic and flavorful blend that combines apple and kiwi pieces, sour cherries, cranberries and crisp coconut for a bold caffeine-free infusion.

Kiwi Coconut Cherry is consistently one of our most popular herbal infusions, garnering a bit of a cult following, particularly as an iced infusion.  The coconut makes it slightly sweet without having to add a drop of sugar.  It is definitely a crowd-pleaser, even with kids. Kiwi Coconut Cherry is a good choice to accompany a casual lunch on a hot afternoon.  Try it with sandwiches served alfresco or pair it with a tropical fruit salad.

Herbal infusions are so named because they do not actually contain any portion of the tea plant.  Calling them a tea would, in the strictest sense, be a misnomer.  They are made up of fruits, herbs, spices and botanicals, but no actual tea.  It is the absence of the tea plant that allows them to be naturally caffeine free.  Herbal infusions can also be called tisanes. The British pronounce the “h” at the beginning of herbal and call these infusions “hər-bəls”.

We recommend steeping Kiwi Coconut Cherry for 5-6 minutes at 208°. Since Kiwi Coconut Cherry contains no actual tea it is more forgiving and difficult to over-steep.
