Pu-Erh Tuo Cha


Also known as Bird’s Nest Pu-Erh, this Pu-Erh has been pressed into mini bowl shaped tea cakes. Pu-Erh is a type of Chinese black tea that has been aged and fermented, giving it an extremely earthy, bold profile. Pu-Erh Tuo Cha is smooth and rich, with a nuanced flavor.

To steep the pressed tea cake, rinse first with hot water. This action will allow the tea cake to break apart while steeping. We recommend then steeping Pu-Erh Tuo Cha for 3 minutes at 195°.
