Between mid September and late November, we steep hundreds, literally hundreds, of Foggy Pumpkins at our Davis Islands location. Intrigued? A Foggy Pumpkin is our Pumpkin Spice tea steeped in half milk, half water with vanilla and raw sugar. We nearly have a mutiny on our hands in early December when it disappears from our beverage menu.
Our Pumpkin Spice pairs well with pancakes, cinnamon rolls, sweet potatoes and pumpkin bread. It is the perfect tea to accompany Thanksgiving dinner, particularly the dessert course. It works particularly well with pumpkin pie or pecan pie.
We recommend steeping Pumpkin Spice for 3 minutes at 195°.
