Sweet Tango


This lively blend of green rooibos, prickly pear, and apple is as brilliant as a desert sunset. Prickly pear and hibiscus are vibrant and juicy, hitting the palate in an initial rush of sweet and tart.

In the finish, red apple is the dominant flavor, enhancing the sweet top note as tartness fades in the background. The addition of apple pieces lends nuance and balance to a blend that is highly aromatic, lush, and invigoratingly bright. Try it iced for an afternoon pick-me-up.

We recommend steeping Sweet Tango for 5 minutes at 208°.  Because Rooibos does not contain any portion of the tea plant, it is less prone to bitterness and, therefore, difficult to over-steep.
