The Flying Fig Cocktail Kit

The Flying Fig was created in honor of an employee’s birthday. Our marketing director and resident tea mixologist, Cassie, wanted to create something fun, festive, and a little unusual. What mad scientist would pair together First Flush Darjeeling, fig jam, and tequila?! Well it turned out more delicious than we could’ve hoped.

The astringency of Darjeeling pairs beautifully with the spicy-sweet combination of ginger and fig. Add in a little tequila and a touch of lime to round out the flavor of this jazzy little drink. Try serving The Flying Fig at your next soiree, it’s sure to be a hit.
