If you are unhappy with an item purchased from us, we will accept the return of all non-perishable items and offer a full refund within 30 days of original purchase date with proof of purchase. Items returned after 30 days of purchase will be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept loose leaf tea returns, as loose leaf tea is considered a food item. We similarly cannot accept other food items, such as honey.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you are returning or exchanging an item that was not received in error on the part of TeBella Tea, you will be required to pay return shipping charges.
